Most advice about building in public assumes the goal is attention. That works for some people. For others, the constant narration becomes another product to maintain — one that competes with the actual work.
I still believe in sharing. Case studies, photos, research, and the occasional reflection all belong somewhere visible. But the cadence matters. Shipping a quiet page when something is ready feels more honest than manufacturing weekly updates around half-finished ideas.
This site is partly an experiment in that rhythm. Projects get write-ups when they have a story worth telling. Travel and photos live off the main navigation until someone is curious enough to look. Writings will follow the same rule: present when useful, never performative.
